Welcome to C-Can Sam. By using our container storage, rental, and sales services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental and Sales Agreements

All agreements for container rentals, sales, and storage services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your specific contract. We provide containers for on-site or off-site use with agreed-upon duration, rates, and conditions.

Payments are due upon invoice, with late payments subject to additional charges as specified in your agreement.

Use of Services

Containers must be used solely for legal purposes. Whether for moving across town or long-term site storage, customers bear responsibility for maintaining their container in the condition it was delivered.

• Containers may not be used for storing hazardous materials
• Containers may not be used for illegal activities
• Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Modifications to rental containers require prior written approval

Delivery and Placement

Delivery is available throughout Saskatchewan. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and a suitable placement location. We require:

• Level, firm ground capable of supporting the container weight
• Clear access for our delivery truck (minimum 12' width, 14' height clearance)
• No overhead obstructions (power lines, trees, etc.)
• Customer presence or authorized representative during delivery

Shipping Policy

We offer container delivery throughout Saskatchewan with the following terms:

• Free delivery within 50km of our Martensville location
• Delivery rates apply for locations beyond 50km — contact us for a quote
• Delivery typically within 1-5 business days, depending on location and availability
• Delivery scheduling is subject to weather conditions and road accessibility

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on shipping container purchases within Canada under the following terms:

Return Conditions

• Container must be in the same condition as delivered (normal wear excepted)
• All original documentation must be returned
• Customer is responsible for return transportation costs unless the container was defective or misrepresented
• For defective products, contact us immediately — we will arrange inspection and remedy at no cost

Pre-Delivery Inspection

We encourage all customers to inspect containers at our yard prior to purchase when possible. We also provide photos and condition reports upon request. If you have any concerns about container condition, please contact us before delivery is scheduled.

Liability

We deliver all containers safe and secure. However, we are not liable for:

• Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
• Loss or damage to items stored in containers
• Delays in delivery due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

Customers should follow safety guidelines when storing items and consider appropriate insurance coverage.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, including but not limited to:

• Improper use of the container
• Failure to make payments
• Storing prohibited materials
• Violation of any term in this agreement
