Welcome to Ccansam, your provider for container storage and sales across Saskatchewan. By using our services, including renting, purchasing, or storing portable containers, you agree to these terms.

Rental and Sales Agreements

All agreements for container rentals, sales, and storage services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your contract. Containers are provided for on-site or off-site use, with agreed terms on duration, rates, and conditions. Payments are due upon invoice, with late payments subject to additional charges.

Use of Services

Containers rented or sold must be used for legal purposes only. For “moving across town” or long-term “site storage,” customers are responsible for maintaining their container in the condition it was delivered.

Liability

Ccansam ensures that all “sea cans” are “safe and secure” upon delivery. However, we are not liable for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters. Always follow safety guidelines for storage to protect your items.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, such as improper use of the container or failure to make payments.
